Our daily Physical Education program offers students the opportunity to reconnect, refocus, process, fine tune, redirect, and relax. It helps develop athletic abilities, healthy lifestyle habits, working as a team while strengthening personal skills, and respecting diversity. At Via Vita Academy, our physical education activities range from sports, fitness, hiking, running, cooperative play, yoga, dancing, and much more. A variety of physical skills are infused into the curriculum as a natural way of learning and teaching for our students and teachers. It provides them with opportunities to be strong, active, and ready to take on any challenge.
