About Our School
Via Vita Academy is a small independent school in Lower Sackville, Mi'kma'ki/Nova Scotia, focused on the development of each student. We offer small classes, for grades pre-k to nine and enhanced learning that exceeds Nova Scotia Department of Education Curriculum.
Via Vita, meaning 'way of life', sums up every aspect of our school. Learning is natural and purposeful throughout our lives, therefore we offer a school learning experience that does just the same. Classes are small and multigrade to enable a focused and dynamic learning experience for each child. Owned and operated by teachers, every aspect of Via Vita Academy is built with the student, family, and community’s best interests in mind. We value our school relationships, teaching, learning, and supporting one another.
