Arts Education

Our daily Arts education includes a variety of arts-based classes, such as visual art, music, theatre and dance, which can also be integrated into our academic classes. Throughout the term, art takes shape in many ways, such as in preparation for an end-of-term showcase, where students work together to put on a student-produced production;  a personal project presentation or display; creating films, songs, and other artistic representations of experiences. Infusing art is motivating, inspiring, and engaging. It sparks the imagination, allows for deeper thinking, develops adaptability and brings forth new layers of understanding and learning. Opening up a world where creative thought and expression are welcomed and encouraged allows students to build self-confidence, as well as their ideas and abilities.
