Our daily Physical & Outdoor Education program helps students reconnect, refocus, and recharge while developing athletic skills, healthy habits, teamwork, and respect for diversity. At Via Vita Academy, students engage in a wide range of activities every afternoon —including sports, fitness, hiking, yoga, dance, and cooperative games—that strengthen both body and mind. Movement is woven naturally throughout the day—in morning exercises to energize the start of the day, group games at recess and lunch, physical and outdoor education classes every afternoon and endless opportunities for active exploration added in whenever possible. Through these experiences, students build strength, coordination, confidence, and resilience, preparing them to take on challenges both inside and outside the classroom.
